> How does your Records Management program work?
Our Records Management program allows companies to better utilize expensive office space by storing their files off-site. We offer date tracking and destruction services. We have on-site viewing rooms and we offer retrieval and delivery services.

> How do I obtain a quote?
You may contact your rep. The rep will ask questions regarding number of file boxes and whether they are legal, letter or check size. If you require any special services, you should mention this to the rep.

> What happens if I accept the quote?
Once the quote is reviewed and accepted, the rep will coordinate for your files to be picked up. On your first initial inbound into our facility, JS will pick up the first 500 boxes at no charge for the transportation. Inbound handling and storage fees will still apply.

> How will I notify JS Warehousing of the need to order some of my product?
You may email, fax or call in your request. To email: www.whseorders.com Fax: 314-832-7847, or Call: 800-814-2634 and request your specific box needs.

> Am I able to view my orders or inventory?
Yes. You can view either one through our website access. Upon set up of your account, we can provide you the ability to access a website specifically for your account. Some one will have to set it up for proper access and authorities of what you may want internal people to view.

> What other capabilities come with your web site?
You have the ability to create groups. These groups may be based on department: legal, accounting ,etc. You would place those items specific for that department and that would be all they would see. Therefore, it eliminates those products not applicable to them. If there have been incorrect requests of an item, you may place a picture of that item which they could view. This provides them a visual to ensure they are the correct item. You can provide your customers the same capability.

> What about reports?
There are various reports available to you. These reports in most cases can be loaded into excel or access for evaluation or analysis.
